Refund Policy

Last updated 2 November 2026. Operator: zeng, an individual based in China. Draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

You buy one-time credit packs (1 clip US$6.99, 3 clips US$14.99, 10 clips US$34.99). Credits never expire. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Failed clips

If a clip fails to generate, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. If the file won't play or clearly doesn't show your subject, email us within 7 days with the job ID and we will return the credit. This is a credit refund, not a cash refund.

Unused packs

A pack with no credits used can be refunded in full to your original payment method within 7 days of purchase. Email zyj555358zyj@gmail.com with your order email. Partly used packs aren't refundable, except where UK or US consumer law says otherwise.

Your files

Uploaded photos, and the preview image made from them, are deleted within 7 days. Generated videos are deleted within 30 days. Download links expire 24 hours after they are issued. Your payment email is kept on the order for 30 days; a salted hash of it is kept with your credit balance for as long as you have credits, so you can restore them. Download your clip soon after it is ready.

Demo mode: no payments are taken right now.
