Darts Bullseye is run by zeng, an individual based in China (contact: zyj555358zyj@gmail.com). It turns one photo of you or your own pet into a short AI-generated darts celebration video. By ticking the box on the upload form you accept these terms. The site is in demo mode: generation is simulated and no payment is taken.

Free preview

Before you pay you get one free, watermarked still image: your cut-out subject placed on a frame of the darts scene. It shows framing only; the paid clip is generated separately and can look different.

Your upload

You must be 18 or older and upload only a photo of yourself or a pet you own. No public figures, no other people, no minors, no nudity; see Acceptable Use. You keep your rights in the photo and give us a limited licence to process it only to make your clip. Photos are deleted within 7 days.

Your clip

Once unlocked you may use the clip for personal, non-commercial sharing. Clips carry a visible "AI-generated" label and AI metadata; do not remove them or present the clip as real footage. Clips are deleted from our servers within 30 days; download links expire after 24 hours.

No audio, no affiliation

Clips are silent. Any sound you add on TikTok or elsewhere is licensed by that platform and its owners, not by us. We are not affiliated with Valve, Dota 2, TikTok or any darts league, player or venue.

Credits and payment

Clips are paid for with credits bought in one-time packs: 1 clip US$6.99, 3 clips US$14.99, 10 clips US$34.99. One credit makes one clip. Credits are added only after our payment provider confirms the payment. Credits never expire and there is no subscription. If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. Credits belong to the email address you paid with; if you change device or clear your browser, you can restore them with a one-time sign-in link sent to that email. See the Refund Policy.

Takedown and DMCA

If a clip uses your likeness or your copyrighted work without permission, email zyj555358zyj@gmail.com with the subject "Takedown", the job ID or link, and how it affects you. For copyright notices, include the details required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) (your signature, the work, the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury). We act on reports within 48 hours.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the clip. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you have a problem or a dispute with us, please first email zyj555358zyj@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally by negotiation before you take any other step.

Nothing in these terms (including the choice of law above) affects the rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection and privacy laws of the country or state where you live, such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR and UK or EU consumer law, or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Where those laws apply, you can still rely on them and, where they allow, bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the version above and ask you to accept the new version before your next upload.
